Welcome to InnerBloom. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of personal growth courses, information products, and goods offered at innerbloom.top. By enrolling in a course, purchasing an information product, or buying a good, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

InnerBloom offers live and recorded personal growth courses, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions designed to support your self development journey. Course schedules, duration, and delivery methods are detailed on the relevant course page.

2. Information Products

Information products include e-books, guided meditation recordings, workbooks, and digital toolkits. Download links will be provided after successful purchase.

3. Goods

Physical items such as journals, affirmation cards, and branded merchandise are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times and costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Purchases and Fees

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in the currency shown on innerbloom.top and include applicable taxes.

5. Refunds and Transfers

5.1 Services

If you are unable to attend a live course session, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date or transfer your enrollment to a future session subject to availability. To request a refund or transfer, contact us within the refund window.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund of an information product within 14 days of purchase if you have downloaded less than 20 percent of the content. After that period or download threshold, products are non-refundable to protect intellectual property.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be refunded within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

6. Non-Refundable Services

One-on-one coaching sessions require scheduling and preparation time personalized for you. Coaching fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.

7. Modifications to Services

InnerBloom reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, pricing, or instructors. If changes materially affect a course you have pre-purchased, you may request a transfer to another offering or a refund within 7 days of notification.
